Paylio is built in Dhaka, for payroll run in Bangladesh.

Paylio is the HR and payroll platform of Serviq BPO Limited, a company registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We build one product, for one job: running the people and payroll side of a Bangladeshi company without a spreadsheet in the middle of it.

Who operates the service

Paylio is operated by Serviq BPO Limited of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Serviq BPO Limited is the party you contract with in the Terms of Service, and the processor named in the Privacy Policy.

What Paylio does

  • Payroll

    Salary structures, monthly payroll runs, payslips, and disbursement over BEFTN to employee bank accounts or to an MFS wallet.

  • Attendance and leave

    Shifts and rosters, daily attendance, leave balances and applications, overtime, WFH and regularisation — each approved by the employee's manager and then by HR.

  • Expenses and travel

    Claims with receipts, category rules, and approval routed the same way as the rest of the workspace.

  • Statutory reporting

    TDS and eTDS, provident fund, gratuity, wage and salary registers, and muster rolls — the returns a Bangladeshi employer has to file.

  • Employee self-service

    Every employee has their own account for payslips, leave, attendance and their own profile, in English or Bangla.

  • Roles that match the org chart

    Admin, HR, finance, manager, auditor and employee roles out of the box, plus custom roles an organisation defines itself.

Built for Bangladesh, not localised into it

Money is taka, dates and cut-offs run on Bangladesh time, the year is the Bangladeshi fiscal year, and the statutory outputs are the ones the NBR and the Labour Act ask for. Employees can use the whole workspace in Bangla. None of that is a setting we added late — it is what the product was written against.

How an organisation gets an account

There is no public sign-up. We provision each organisation ourselves, so that payroll data never sits in a workspace nobody has spoken to us about. Talk to us and we will set your organisation up and walk your team through it.
