Shifts and rosters
Create day or overnight shifts, generate rosters from templates, and let employees swap shifts.
Overtime and work from home
Employees request overtime and work-from-home days, and managers approve them in the app.
Regularisation
Fix missed punches through approved regularisation requests, one at a time or in bulk.
Leave policies and accrual
Earned leave accrues per working day, with carry-forward, expiry and a year-end reset.
Encashment and comp-off
Encash leave and credit compensatory off for weekend or holiday work; encashment can be switched off per company.
Holidays and reports
Fixed-date Bangladesh holidays come pre-filled. Muster roll, late-arrival, absenteeism and job-card reports are included.
