Most of the work is moving your data in. A setup wizard covers company details, departments, work schedule, leave policy and salary structure; employees, salaries, leave balances and attendance can then be imported from spreadsheets.

Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, preview the result before anything is saved, and choose whether to send each person an invite. Salary revisions, leave balances and attendance have their own imports.

Paylio applies the current NBR slabs and investment rebate under the Income Tax Act 2023 every month, so the right TDS is deducted. It records challans, reconciles deposited against deducted tax, and generates the eTDS return and Form 108 certificates.

Each run is checked for anomalies, compared with last month and put through a payday check, then goes through your own approval steps. No one can approve a run they prepared, and every return, countersign, lock and reversal is recorded.

Yes, through each provider's bulk-payout portal. After approval Paylio splits payments by method and produces same-bank, BEFTN and NPSB sheets plus a separate file for bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Paylio does not move the money itself.

Yes. Leave, overtime, attendance corrections and other requests go to the reporting manager first and then to HR. Loans are endorsed by the manager and then approved by HR or finance. Every step is recorded.

National ID, TIN, passport, bank account and routing numbers, MFS number and PF account are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, with the keys kept outside the database. All traffic runs over HTTPS, and every query is limited to your own organisation.

Access follows roles — admin, HR, finance, manager, auditor and employee, plus custom roles you create — and the server checks permissions on every request. Viewing someone's salary or identifiers is recorded in a separate access log.

Paylio runs on cloud hosting through the sub-processors named in our Privacy Policy. Backups are taken regularly, encrypted before they leave the server and stored off it.

Your organisation owns the data it puts in. If the contract ends, your data is available to export for a limited period and is then deleted under our retention policy.

No — we hold no third-party certification and no external audit has been done. Our Security page lists the controls that are actually in the product.

Yes. Paylio installs from the browser, with no app store needed — Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari on iPhone, or Install app in Chrome on Android. It then opens full-screen and sends notifications.

Yes. Employees can use the app in Bangla or English, and their choice follows them across devices. Payslips are issued in English.

Yes. Employees download every released payslip from their own account on the web or their phone. A signed QR code lets a bank or embassy check that a payslip is genuine, and employees can query a payslip line in the app.
